Are all products sold on Cardotopia authentic?
Yes. All products sold on Cardotopia are 100% authentic and sourced from official distributors, trusted suppliers, or verified collections. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items.

Do you sell sealed products and single cards?
Yes. Our catalog includes sealed products, single cards, graded cards, and collectibles. Availability depends on current stock and category.

What does “sealed product” mean?
A sealed product is factory-sealed and unopened, including original shrink-wrap, seals, or tamper stickers applied by the manufacturer.


Sealed Products & Condition

Can sealed products have small dents or imperfections?
Yes. Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as light corner compression or shrink-wrap irregularities) can occur during manufacturing or transport and do not affect the contents.

How do you describe the condition of single cards?
Single cards are listed with a clearly indicated condition (e.g. Near Mint, Excellent, Light Played). Condition reflects the card’s physical state at the time of listing.

Do you guarantee grading outcomes for cards?
No. Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive a specific grade if submitted to a grading service.


Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before its official release or before it arrives in stock.

When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse. Release dates are estimates and may change.

Are pre-orders refundable?
Pre-orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by mandatory consumer law.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to selected countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

What happens if I select a country you don’t ship to?

Do you offer tracked shipping?
