This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via Cardotopia.com and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Cardotopia.com ships to the following countries:
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- France
- Germany
- Luxembourg
Additional countries may be added over time. Availability of shipping destinations is shown at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
2.2. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays.
2.3. Pre-orders:
- If stock is available on the official release date, pre-orders ship on the release date.
- If stock is delayed, orders ship as soon as inventory has been received. Release dates are indicative and subject to supplier availability.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
3.1. Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on destination, package size, and weight.
3.2. All shipments are tracked.
3.3. Tracking details are provided once the order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate per destination country and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping options and prices are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4.2. Shipping methods and carriers per destination:

Shipping is available via bpost or GLS. -
Netherlands & Luxembourg
Shipping is available via GLS. -
France & Germany
Shipping is available via GLS.
4.3. Free shipping thresholds:
- Belgium: free shipping via GLS for orders of €250 or more
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: free shipping for orders of €350 or more
- France & Germany: free shipping for orders of €500 or more
4.4. Shipping promotions, if any, apply only under the conditions explicitly stated at the time and cannot be combined unless specified otherwise.
5. Local Pickup
5.1. Local pickup is available by prior arrangement.
5.2. Customers selecting local pickup will be informed when their order is ready. Pickup details and timing must be agreed upon in advance.
5.3. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled and refunded, subject to possible handling deductions.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
6.1. Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only and start after order processing has been completed.
6.2. Estimated delivery times per destination are as follows:
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: 1–2 business days
- France & Germany: 2–5 business days
6.3. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected carrier, shipping method, peak periods, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.
6.4. Delivery delays do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation, cancellation, or refund, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
7. Risk, Loss & Transport Liability
7.1. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the order is delivered to the customer or their designated recipient.
7.2. All shipments are sent with tracking and are subject to the carrier’s standard liability.
7.3. Cardotopia.com does not guarantee full-value insurance for collectible or secondary-market value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.4. In case of loss or damage during transport:
- a carrier investigation is required,
- the customer must cooperate by providing information, photos, or statements if requested,
- refunds or replacements are subject to the outcome of the carrier investigation.
8. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
8.1. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
8.2. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may choose between:
- reshipment at the customer’s expense, or
- refund of the order value minus shipping and handling costs.
8.3. Refused, unclaimed, or returned shipments:
- The customer must contact Cardotopia.com to arrange further action.
- Handling and shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
- If no contact is made within 14 business days after refusal, non-collection, or return, the order will be refunded by default after inspection, with deductions for shipping and handling.
8.4. If returned goods show signs of tampering, use, damage, or fraud, Cardotopia.com reserves the right to refuse a refund.
9. Partial Shipments
9.1. Orders are shipped in a single parcel whenever reasonably possible.
9.2. Partial shipments may occur only if necessary.
9.3. Upon request, orders (or multiple orders) may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
10. Packaging & Condition Standards
10.1. Cardotopia.com uses protective packaging appropriate for trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles.
10.2. Minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging resulting from transport (e.g. slight dents or compression) may occur and is not automatically considered damage, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
